I had the worst experience here and will never go back to this location. The gel they use doesnt work for me and right before my massage i asked them to use a natural oil that actually nourishes the body and they refused to use and somehow turned it around to make me the bad guy. The worst customer service and overall they give massage therapy a bad name. It is worth paying a bit more for an experienced massage therapist who puts the individual client needs ahead of corporate numbers.

when they advertise its an hour, then it should be an hour. my appointment was at 4pm. i arrived early and filled out my health history. then i was seated in a "tranquility room" for a minute. my massage therapist arrived witihin a minute & took me to the massage room. he went over my health history, which took 2 minutes. so at 4:03 i was on the table & massage began. when i got off the table it was 4:48 i dont know anyone who needs 12 minutes to dress. whatever relaxation i had for those 45 min was blown when upon leaving i was asked to go over information to become a member. the massage was OK. didnt like how therapipst would only answer in yes or no. when i asked if he would put some biofreeze on my back at the end he said he was supposed to charge an extra 12 bux to do so. u are told at the front counter precisely what to tip, and altho i tipped my therapist when i was dressed, i was again asked how id like tip when i was leaving and paying for the session.
