I dealt with Ashley & was a little frustrated when I couldn't get a vehicle with an entertainment center & even though she was pretty overwhelmed with quite a few grouchy customers & the phones ringing off the wall, she was pleasant, courteous & never lost her cool when i was a little grouchy myself. She went above & beyond to make sure I was a happy customer & even though I apologized a million times, I was very impressed & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Got a great car in Hyannis, MA while I was waiting for my car to be shipped from the West coast! They came and picked me up at a motel and gave me a free upgrade using my points from previous rentals from Enterprise. They also took me back home when my car finally arrived in Hyannis! Great service and enjoyed the free upgrade with a newer model mini van!
