Provided by YPmobileI'm giving them 3 stars, based only on the customer service I received. I did not buy anything, or get any type of service performed on my vehicle. Unfortunately they were unable to do what I was needing with a tire, but the employee went above and beyond to help me find a place that possibly could. Customer service goes a long way with me. This gentleman really didn't have to do anything, other than say "sorry we don't do that type of work here". Instead he took the time to recommend a few other places that could, and advised me on what I needed to relay to them when I talked to them. Despite some of the reviews on here, next time I need tires, they will get my business.

Provided by YP.comI'm with the other reviews here. If you value your time, money, and self respect, avoid this place like the zombie plague. This place needs a complete make over from management down. Not customer focused and utterly dishonest. From Suzan up front arguing with my wife to the manager Drew Davis asking me to remove my wife from the premises because she was confrontational about being screwed. Several pieces on my car were broken without apologies. I was told that my car is old and leaky...I agree...LOL. I guess that excuses poor workmanship and passive aggressive-attitude. Other customers saw the rank service and also felt the less than standard delivery. Unacceptable. Guys, by trying to screw me, you lost a lot of business on my "good" cars, which you likely could care less about. Good luck.

Provided by YP.comMy first and last experience with NTB last night in Hutto, TX- At around 8:50pm, I walked into your store. Yes, I know this is late, but flat tires don’t really happen at a good time. And technically, NTB does not close until 9pm. The guy working saw me walk in and completely ignored me and walked to the bay area. I waited patiently for a couple of minutes and called out hello a couple times. After no response, I then walked into the bay area to find two guys standing right by the door to the office (one knowing I was in there to begin with and one that had to have heard me). I asked if they could plug my tire since it had a screw in it and you could hear the air coming out. I just needed to be able to make it somewhere to be fixed in the morning. The guys response was “um, no I’m a mechanic and it’s time for me to go home. I’m not going to do it.” While the other guy next to him, didn’t want to either. It would have taken them five minutes. I could understand if I asked a random guy on the street to help, but as a paying customer asking an employee of your company to help it just showed the laziness and awful customer service of your company. My fiancé just spent $1500 on his tires there (in which they lost his lugnuts and made him pay for) and in not being able to spare 5 minutes of yall’s time to help a girl who just needed her tire plugged, you can bet you just lost a handful of customers. Do not go there for service.

Provided by YP.comAvoid at all cost.....or it will cost you more in the end. They have no idea what they are doing there. If anythings could go wrong they did. I called they said it would take an hour to put 4 new tires on my car, it took over 2 hours. They put the wrong size tires on my car. I had to point it out to them. You would think that seeing as they do this for a living they could get it right, but I guess that's expecting to much. They never put my spare tire away, I had to call & go back to get it. They didn't put one of my hub caps on correctly & was lost within the 1st 20 miles of driving. They told me they would replace it, but it's been over two month now & I still haven't got a new one. They keep calling & telling me they have then when I go to pick it up I get nothing but excuses, like so & so has it, they accidently returned it etc. Horrible rotten customer service if you ask me.
