Milestone CrossFit opened our big doors on September 27th, 2010. Our goal is to help the people in Williamson County, TX to lead healthier and fitter lives. Our plan is to get involved with the community and to give back. We give 5% of our group class sales to local charities, and we will be participating in community events.

Our workouts are for all ages and fitness levels, from a first time exerciser to a competitive athlete. Our interaction with each member goes beyond their workout schedule. Your coach will follow up with you weekly to discuss your progress and goals. The CrossFit difference is that you’re not working out alone. You become close with your coach and more importantly, your fellow CrossFitters! Now when you skip a workout, you have a whole class to answer to!
