Explained the differences in weave, fibers, elasticity, things I didn't think about at all. Got a great deal on a whole house, never saw that coming....he and a bud came, cut it on the floor, put in two kinds of pad and got er done in no time. Cleaned up after the job, smiling and joking the whole time so it was comfortable having them in the house with the kids. Carpet looks awesome and feels better than that, even with a cup of grape koolaid in the center of the LR; came right out just like he promised. If you want some snooty suit guy telling you to pay bundles for your rugs, this aint yer place. But if you want just someone you can talk to and understand, this is where that happens. Looking now to outdoor carpet rec area in garage.

Didn't have much selection. Weren't very helpful with options. We weren't even told we had options for carpet pad. Had several installation mistakes.
