I am a registered nurse studying for my bachelor's degree in nursing through the University of Phoenix and am required to have clinicals in some kind of public health department and I was told that the public health department would have to have a contract for me to observe the facility. All I need is three hours of clinicals for observation only. There has never been any other public health department have this requirement. I do not understand if this is a public health department that there cannot be assistance.
