They sell you parts with a 1 year warranty, yet 2 weeks later, deny the warranty claim.
Not the first time this has happened, but I promise it will not happen again, this company has gone downhill so badly in the past few years, management needs to be looked at and/or replaced.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. I called and they said they had my part, come get it. It happens to be an AC blower motor. I drove 35 miles in hazy Texas heat, taking my lunch break, to get there. I got up to the counter and told the guy I would take TWO of them at that price. He took all of my info, then said "OK, we'll call you when it's ready." I said "You mean, I should have a seat and in like 15-30 minutes or so?" "No, we have the part, but it's not pulled yet". I explained that they should have TOLD ME THAT BEFORE I DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE (and explained the above situation, trying to sway him to make a special case and just go pull one) and pretty much got a shrug to accompany my stewing mind for the 35 mile trip back in the hazy Texas heat.
