Absolute WORST service! Customer service is a joke to them and they have terrible attitudes..save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere

Very bad liquid, been vaping for a long time, thought i would give them a try, bad choice!! Liquid tasted good, but worst aftertaste of any juices i have ever tried. Tasted like Skoal longcut straight, staff didn't care, threw bottle in their trash, and left. I will not be back

This Vapor Shop is great!!!!! They are all very nice people and they know whats up. I deal with the public at work every day and while most are understandable and reasonable there are always some folks you just cannot please.So go for it people give them a try .I have been going there since day one, and none of the other vapor shops have seen me since.Good job VAPOR GALLERY !!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure why the last reviewer was so terribly critical of the Vapor Gallery. My husband and I found the shop to be warm and inviting and the staff knowledgeable and most helpful. They must be doing something right because we walked in as smokers (for 45 years) and walked out as non-smokers (since December 31). Perhaps the wait time was long because of return customers...we tend to gather because it's like going home. Allie and Seth remember you, genuinely care about how you're doing with the e-cig and that is the best customer service of all. I hope new customers will try the Vapor Gallery and make up their own minds.

This vapor shop is definitely NOT worth going to. They were understaffed (the wait time was RIDICULOUS), and when I was helped, the employee was not only attempting to have me purchase items that I did not need, AND she provided INCORRECT information on the maintenance of an electronic cigarette. When I confronted the employee about the wrong information, she proceeded to give me the most UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE attitude. I have NEVER had such terrible customer service. She could not even complete a simple refund regarding paying by debit card; she had to call her manager and STILL could not complete the refund. She ended up just giving me the refund in cash. Mid Cities Vapor will now be the ONLY local vapor store I go to. I was INCREDIBLY displeased with the service.
