Just received the car tie down package (T-R5010-TJH -RR) set of 4. Impressed with quality - heavy duty system, and it was a reasonable price. Ratchets are very heavy duty, so you'll be proud of them. If you are looking for a good quality tie down system, at a price you'll like, this is it.

Jim was right about shipping. I went on the UPS site and typed in all info for shipping a package. The price wae $24.76 and I paid $42.43. Also sent me wrong parts and wanted me to ship back and pay even more for shipping. Which would of ended up costing more in shipping then the total of the parts I ordered. Hopefully they will go to jail for deceitful practices.

I ordered two items from this "company" which upon researching the matter, I discovered operates out of a house in Hurst, TX, not a business address (red flag number one). The second red flag occurred during the check-out process. Its never a good sign when a company cant tell you how much shipping will be at the time of checkout. The third flag was the following day when I got an email from Lesa at TALCO informing me that the main item I had ordered, the one prominently featured at the top the web page, was no longer carried by TALCO. The the icing on the cake? Before the one item they could ship arrived at my home, I see a charge for $32.36 on my account. Somehow it takes $19.68 to ship an item that costs $12.50 that could fit in a $5 USPS Priority Mail box from Hurst, TX to Southern Illinois. Needless to say, U'm not happy and will never use this company again for any purchase.
