DO NOT RECOMMEND, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE ALL RACIST, MEAN, AND RUDE AND HAVE NO MANNERS OR RESPECT!I am 12 years old and my mom took me to cut the ends of my hair on September 27, 2017. At the beginning the lady called Leeann, looked at my hair with disgust, later she said very loudly you have lice and have to go see a lice specialist, and I can't cut your hair.As she said that everybody looked at me, and not only did I feel embarrassed but I felt humiliated.I mean just imagine somebody saying very loudly you have lice. But the worst part is that it wasn't even true. I even checked in with a lice specialist to see if I had lice and he said no.Not only did she made me feel bad, but because I was so humiliated I cried, and felt so offended.My mom couldn't really help me because she doesn't speak English.But do you really want to go where they make your child feel humiliated, scared, embarrassed, and uncoftable? I seriously have never been so humiliated in my entire life, I cried all the way home.I think that's just cruel, racist, and awful.All the ladies that worked there made me feel awful. Just take my experience for example, please don't let your child suffer like I did. I don't think it was fair for them to treat me that way, or any client.The lady who attended me didn't even apologize for saying it so loud.Please save yourselves money, time, humiliation, embarrassment, and don't come to this place EVER. Worst place I have ever been to. Please don't come to Smart Looks Hair Salon in Hurst.I have faith in God that one day racism will be gone from our world not just in the US but all around the world, I believe that we should all be treated the same no matter if we are from a different culture, ethnicity or country.Is this really the world the next generation has to live in? Blessing to all those who have been through racism, like I have.I even think racism should be a crime but nobody so far has ever supported me on this.

i went here and got just a welcome smile from this sweet person when i was having such a bad day. maria just lifted my spirits and her little sign just says it all lets see what was it eys on jesus!! just loved it thank you maria, the world needs alot more stylist like you. thank you very much.
