Long story short, I took my sons Nintendo 3DS in for a repair that they said would take 3 days. I finally got the 3DS back almost a month (29 days) later and it still isn't working. You can read my entire review here:

It makes me sad to see a local "veteran owned" business fail on such a catastrophic level. I understand that sometimes things happen, but there is NO WAY the series of events I just endured was an accident or an isolated incident. Honestly, I believe the only reason we got the Nintendo 3DS back at all is because I filed a complaint with the BBB. Pro Console Repair did refund my money, but it almost seems like the BBB complaint coerced them into doing it. Not to mention any company that says "you call us because we're too busy to call you" has some seriously misguided customer service skills.
Take your money elsewhere and save your self some major frustration!!
superior service, took my computer in for a virus removal 2 hours later got a call from William letting me know it was done computer works better than it did when I bought great job the price was fair. Thanks
Absolutely amazing service. They repaired my ps3 on Christmas Eve and i was able to have it for Christmas day. Very professional and they know what they are doing. These are my go to guys from now on.
Called and they quoted me a price over the phone. Went to their store to drop my PS3 off and pick it up later and they told me it would take 45 min for the repair. I waited and it only took 15. They are my console repair guys now. Fast service and reasonable prices can t ask for more. 5-Stars
