Been at Park Place 10 years. We have Sara the manager and I think George is the 2nd Maint person since I moved here. I love this place. It's so quiet you can hear a pin drop. I would say 40% seniors live here which I love because they demand it be quiet. It's older but I heard they are starting new upgrades in all apartments!!!! Better get to mine first for being here so long.. Lol. I always feel safe here. This is on the list of the police dept recommend communities and I see why they said that before I moved in. Grounds are kept nice, work orders always get done within a day or two and Sara in on her game. She doesn't let the residents run wild so to speak, she stays on top of things. You will be happy living here
