With over 25 years of involvement in the dental industry and a heart-felt desire to see people enjoy their work within the field, Kelly was the perfect person to assume ownership of Dental Directions in March 2000. She has a keen working knowledge of what is involved in effectively running a dental practice from all aspects, including all the tangible and intangible requirements of various staff roles. Kelly is actively involved in multiple projects within the dental community. Valarie came aboard in 2008. Having over 20 years of experience in various roles of dentistry, she is an advocate for both clients and applicants, providing expert advice and direction while making the dental staffing experience exceptional for everyone involved. Dental Directions appreciates the opportunity to work in North Texas and the DFW area, so we routinely invest in the community's well being by donating thousands of latex and nitrile gloves for volunteer dentists at Dental Health of Arlington Dental Clinic, where economically disadvantaged individuals can receive dental care at no charge.
