Provided by YP.comI went to return a broken, brand new, with warranty Nikon camera.... The help had so many lip rings, I couldn't even focus on her words because the metal was clanging against her dirty teeth the whole time. After getting a supervisors help, she was rude, un truthful, and terrible at customer service. I've never had a worst customer service experience. I am not one to waste time writing reviews unless I feel its not a waste of time. I have full intentions of going to the district manager.
And!! Now, after my Mother picked up the "replacement camera", she was told it was an upgrade and needed to pay the difference.....WRONG! $40 down grade, not the same camera, and asked for more $$$!!!! WHOA!

Provided by YP.comI bought a new cell phone, and when it went on sale 2 weeks later, all I had to do was bring in my receipt, and they credited me the difference! Why shop anywhere else?
