0I was just in there today getting an opener was there also about a week ago. The guy Mike who works there helped me a lot in describing different issues and ways to fix them I bought the opener and the first sync that it did it worked he explained in detail that it could be different frequencies and it could take some time. I really appreciate the honesty and charisma they have about making the customer happy I would recommend them to the world if I could.
They tried to fix the problem over the phone for me at no charge. When that didn't work, they sent out Anthony to fix my remote. He did a great job and now my opener now works. Honest and dependable folks.
