We hired D.P do our backyard landscaping. We gave him specific details of what we wanted done. Only part of what we spoke about was done, his verbal agreements do not mean anything. He does not listen when you speak. He does his own thing and bills the client.

We gave him a thousand dollars over the original amount because he said there was not enough money to put in irrigation and sod (for a area 2.5 times more than we actually needed.) We gave him an additional $1000 with a written and verbal agreement that it was to be used for sod and the irrigation for the sod
We got neither the irrigation or the sod AND he refuses to return the thousand dollars. He did work in our yard that we did not ask for. Even after we said not to do it. He is still refusing to honor the agreement we made. Exercise great caution if you chose to deal with them.
