Their website claims that they specialize in cleaning wedding gowns, so I took my gown there to be cleaned. The man told me he could have it cleaned in two days. After two weeks, I went to check on my gown, as they had not called to say it was ready. I thought perhaps they had misplaced my phone number. Apparently, it just was not ready yet. The lady in the front had the audacity to have an attitude with me, saying "You want it cleaned, right? Well he has alot of stuff to do so it's not ready. He has, like, alot of wedding dresses to clean." THREE WEEKS LATER my dress not only was not finished, it had not even been STARTED ON! The gown was carelessly tossed in an empty basket, and the original hanger, support, and bag were missing. I definitely expected better, prompter service since they were charging an unreasonable $125 just for cleaning the gown. And now my gown has stains that might not come out and my wedding is in just a few days!
