I have been going to this Verizon location since it opened and have never had a bad experience. For the latest example, I was there today to return a device and the young lady who helped me, Jackie B, was polite, efficient and quite knowledgeable about their products and services. When she was uncertain about one question, she stated so, and asked her manager, Amanda M, who was likewise very pleasant and answered any other questions I had. I was very satisfied with both my past and present experiences and recommend this store. I would further state that upon entering the store, I am quickly acknowledged and checked in, and told what my status is (one person ahead of me, next to be served, etc) so I am not wandering around wondering when someone will help me.

Wow, horrible customer service! The lady who "helped" us did not know anything, was rude, snappy and sent us to another store even though we tried to give them the business. It was the worst experience in store so far. She could not answer a single question! We tried to call the Apple store that the lady referred us to and we were hung up on! Finally, we called the 1-800 number and placed our order over the phone. They were super helpful and we got what we needed in half the time and even got fees waived! If this store keeps this up, everyone will be ordering online and they will close down.

The first review was a client who had a bad experience. I agree with the second review. Store hours should be listed. My experience at this store has be good. Sometimes a long wait. When I get service it could not be better.

I like the map but the Store Hours also need to be listed so that many people, like myself, would not have to phone to get the hours of operation.
