      Does it seem odd that in looki...

      Does it seem odd that in looking for a chimney sweep service on here, that the same two people are bashing every other company and then speak highly of this one, like maybe it's set up to gain business and bash the other respectable companies, maybe it's just me, or could be that they both mispelled courteous. Really? Come on

      Did an alright job on my house...

      Did an alright job on my house, but did get a little soot on my carpet. (understandable) Unproffesional in the way that he constantly downed other companies while at my house. He was good at what he did but he is not the only one who is. That is not good business.

      jessicahg, I am the owner of the chimney professor. I do not recall us doing a job for a Jessica, but if we did I would like to personally correct any mistakes we may have made. I am more than willing to come and clean your carpet for you. As far as us talking down about other companies I would like to appologize. It is not our practice to say bad things about anyone. There have been jobs that were too big for our small company, and we have referred those jobs to other companies in the business. Could you tell me the name of the employee who came to your home? The name should be on the contract. I would appreciate you letting me know what I can do to make this a more pleasant situation for you. Thanks and have a great day.
