I have used Service Cleaners for about 4 years. They have been great for me!!

I have used this dry cleaner for 7 years. I'm very disappointed. They have lost a pair pants that goes with a suit. Last week I took in a cotton pencil skirt that was dry clean only. The dog had jumped on me so their was a dirt stain on it. I told the lady about it when I went in. Pick the skirt up this morning and the dirt stain was still there. My skirt didn't even looked like they clean it. Just pressed it. When I bought it to the lady attention she said we will do a do over for no charge. We can just hope the stain comes out. What the hell. I pay 200.00 month in dry cleaning. I'm taking my business else where.
