High deposit requirements. Doesn't accept credit card payments only cash, check or debit card. Unreasonable refund policy, cashes checks but won't refund until 10 days later and if customer accepts the final determined costs but decides to cancel order refund WILL NOT be issued. If a customer complains about the refund policy and files complaints with BBB CEO will call customer and be belligerent to customer for DARING to report his bad customer service to them.

Immediately after our carpet was installed you could not walk anywhere near the tack strips without getting punchured. We did not buy their cheap carpet they get you into the store with either. It also unraveled badly in a couple of months. We called a dozen times and finally got someone to come out promising to fix it but many calls later, still nothing. I do not recommend this company at all. They want full payment up front and their product and customer service is poor.
