This branch appears to have a difficult time understanding the workings of small businesses, setting up business accounts correctly. I had to return to the branch at least 3 times to correct mistakes that their associates made. I have yet to run into a friendly face at this branch, they do not make their hours clear (not even a message on the phone when you call after hours)
