Dropped my phone off for new digitizer. They said it would be 2 to 4 days.

4 days later I get a call from store not knowing how to charge my android.

They again say 2 to 4 days.

10 days later I go to check on my phone, they said part came in 3 days ago. So I waited a few more hours while they finally finished my phone 2 WEEKS AFTER DROP OFF.

upon pickup I was told they went ahead and put in a new LCD as well as the digitizer when they told me they would only change the digitizer when I dropped it off.

Now 24 days later and the LCD which I did not give them permission to change has stopped working.

I take it back to the store and I get accused of dropping my phone for it to stop working like that.

So again here I am waiting another week without a phone hoping that they don't order another counterfeit aftermarket screen for my $650 phone.

Started off feeling good about this place and then I dropped my phone off to have the screen replaced and the guy said it shouldn't take an hour but come back in an hour just in case it wasn't done so I come back an hour and twenty mins after dropping it off and its not ready my phone was completely apart on the counter he had just gotten the screen put in and then says I'm sorry its not ready yet so I say oh wow OK I guess I'll go walk around so then twenty mins later I come back and he says oh it was good but then I realized I didn't clean the adherent from around the camera which would cover my camera and it wouldn't work so he had to undo the phone and take off the adherent so I can use my camera and so I came back two hours and twenty mins after dropping it off and he's finally done I'm tired I have a one year old tired and fussy not fun with me the whole time I'm waiting on my one hour fix that turned into over two hours anyways he says oh I tried stopping you after you walked out the door when I had to clean off the camera it was done before you were down the hall, umm you could have come and got me or yelled ma'am anyways he was shaking like a leaf because he knew I was mad and he wasn't being truthful so I will never tell people to come here to get there phones fixed which stinks because there the only place in town to fix my nexus 5 phone. I'm so not happy with the service and there customer service.
