Josh O. Kelly, III is a Huntsville native. He received his undergraduate degree from UAH and graduated from the Cumberland Law School at Samford University in 1987. He opened his own firm in 1993 and has been at his current location on Clinton Avenue since 1995. Josh practices in the area of general civil litigation. He represents clients injured in car accidents or at work. He practices in juvenile court. In addition to his litigation practice, Josh also assists clients with estate planning and probate matters. Melissa Kelly Helton is also from Huntsville. She received her undergraduate degree from Birmingham Southern College and graduated from the Cecil C. Humphreys Law School at the University of Memphis in 1998. She practiced law across Tennessee when she relocated back to Huntsville in 2008. Before joining Josh in his practice, Melissa worked as a child support prosecutor, a divorce attorney and as an insurance defense attorney. She continues to represent clients in domestic relations cases and is now working with clients who sustained personal injuries or were hurt at work.
