I agree with other review and would add that the very small classes are wonderful! it's not a fancy place. It's a sport! they don't need fancy- they need clean and safe! It is both! I would rather have small classes and careful coaching, than bells and whistles.

If you want your child to be a GYMNAST bring them to HGC. If you want him/her to be a cheerleader there are several places in town to do that. HGC is about the sport of gymnastics and that is why we bring our children there. Everyone, including their owner, has been wonderful and friendly for the last 7 years. Not only are they most experienced but follow the most stringent of safety codes. You will find many more injuries at other places in town. They also have strength standards that they adhere to to ensure a student is physically ready to move on. They don't just teach back handsprings!!
