This is by far the worst property management company ever!! I have rented several places before and I have never experienced a more incompetent company than Hamlett. They are very unresponsive and maintenance concerns are a nightmare. If you have a choice, do not rent a place from this company!

Hamlett is a fantastic company! I have been doing business with them for years. They are professional, available and most of all fair to all parties in a difficult business. Highly recommend them !!

My family needed a place to rent for 1 year while we were looking for the right house to buy, and we found the house we liked and it was mangaged by hamlett. They are by far, some of the rudest and unorganized people i've ever met in my life. They were so cruel to me and my husband and our family for no reason on several occasions. We always paid early, never bothered them unless it was something major. Because of one redheads attitude towards my husband one afternoon after a call about an appliance being out of order for over 2 weeks.....We choose to end the lease early. We paid around 3000 more dollars to end our relationship with them early and I have to say.......It was the best 3000 we've ever spent.
