We've been buying from Encore for the past 6+ years and this is what we've found: shop frequently - stuff comes in & goes out in such randomness that you just have to be willing to stop 10 times to find 1 item you'd like to put in your home. We've bought a lot of consignment items, a lot of "bought most of the estate", and occasionally some new items. But for good buys on good estate pieces they're really great!! Plus if it's a very large item or a very heavy item or both, you can usually work out a delivery. We love this place!!!
