just left the store.This is one of the best thrift stores around; however really bad policy. I just bought a lot of clothes, but one item was missing a tag. The cashier, Elizabeth (according to my receipt), stated "no tag, then I can't sell it" and tossed it aside. No explanation, nothing. I asked if if someone could price it as obviously I wanted to buy it. She said people were in the back pricing things they have lined up in order to get them out on the racks. I said, can't they stop for a second and price these shorts (mind you, this is not a picaso), seeing as to how someone was right there to buy them. Nope, not our policy. So, I asked for a manager, nope busy (2 customers in the store). Okay, I said that is kind of a bad policy and really defeats the mission of bringing in money for the needy. Her reply, "I just work here". Oh, that just never gets old hearing from employees.So, I will donate and shop at a different thrift store that puts the mission before policy.Sad.
