I had several items that required repair and David from Dean had all of the supplies he needed on his truck. He showed me the breakout of the rates before performing the work and, as is stated on their website, they charge by the service, not by the hour. The technician was very friendly, competent, showed me what he was replacing and explained what he was doing as he went along. I will DEFINITELY recommend this company to others and I will go to Dean for future needs.
