It took them over a month to fix my dc adapter due to slow shipping and their lack of phone calls to me updating me on the situation. I also had an issue with fixing my touchpad on my laptop, it never got repaired. They gave me a heck of a discount on everything including labor but if I needed my computer any sooner then this job would've been an absolute failure.

When my first computer lost its power pack, someone referred me to them. They are fair, honest and do the work in a timely manner. When ever I have a problem that I am not able to fix myself, I rely on Datac to fix the problem. I highly recommend them.
