Dr. Dean Willis founded the Alabama Pain Center, North Alabama’s first board certified pain management facility, in 1986. Through offices in Huntsville and Cullman, Alabama Pain Center offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to chronic pain. Our physicians are experienced in treating many conditions including neck and shoulder pain, back pain, diabetes related pain, degenerative and rheumatoid arthritis, severe joint pain, and chronic headaches. In addition to a broad range of medical care, we provide physical therapy and behavioral sciences services to help our patients learn more about the physical and emotional impact of pain.
