Great experience working with ACC. Good people and quick responsive service. I would recommend them !

We have used A.C.C. for years and have always had prompt, friendly service. They installed our present unit several years ago and have returned recently to successfully repair it (it's getting old). We have no complaints with this company.

I contacted A. C. C. for my AC, the tech showed up and said he fixed it. Within an hour the AC was still freezing up. Called another company to fix the problem and they did. ACC still billed me over $125 when I tried to explain it to their office they said pay the invoice or we will turn it over to their claims dept. and they did. Now I am being harassed by their claims dept for services not rendered. Call someone else if you don't want this to happen to you.

I had ACC come out to look at my AC, the tech said he fixed it and within an hour the AC froze up again? Wasn't able to get them back out so I contacted another AC company, they fixed it. I received a call from them months later looking for payment and when I explained to them that their tech did not fix the problem they informed me that if I don't pay they will send my info to their claims dept. now I am being harassed with their claims dept. If you need your heat or AC fixed call someone who cares and force to pay for services not rendered.
