Their customer service is atrocious. I asked about a service fee that was added to my account she explained. I told her to process the payment explaining that I would not have had the charge had they let me pay out the loan last month like I intended to. Next thing I know I'm speaking with the male manager. Asked if I could post a complaint for basically being hung up on or just passed along to someone else. He would not let me complete my complaint, just kept telling me that he needed to pass me back to the previous lady to make a payment. I asked if the calls were being recorded then I asked again to make a complaint and hung up on me. I called back so that I could close the account and be done with them. Because I was still angry at the previous personnel I let the guy know up front why my attitude was abrasive. The last person Robert after attempting to chastise me for getting angry at the previous manager attempted to chastise me again for saying damn. Of course I told him that you cannot dictate my reaction to what's been done. He basically said you've paid us and hung up on me yet again. I will no longer associate myself with an office who won't attempt to listen to their customers, let alone make it their business to push their buttons by talking over, cutting them off as they speak, or just telling them to be quiet when they are trying to explain to the "manager" of the poor customer service.
