Spent 30 minutes waiting for a simple cup of coffee with 2 pumps french vanilla and 3 sugars. The barista at the front desk spent most of the time on her phone instead of getting orders made.

most of the time this place takes care of you. it is in pullman square so it does get busy. don't be surprised if you have to wait, but most of the time its worth the wait.
