We had hail damage to our roof and our insurance claim was denied. I was trying to get an estimate for repair. I understood that this may be an out of pocket expense, but the repairs needed done regardless. I called and made an appointment with Classic Construction. I received a call an hour and a half after the time of the appointment, saying they could not help me. Apparently they are a "preferred provider" of our insurance company and they called my insurance company to get information. I explained that it had to be replaced and I needed an estimate to determine the cost so we could plan accordingly. They reluctantly agreed to come out and give me an estimate. I never heard from them again, it has been almost 1 month.

WOW! I really cant begain to say how pleased we are with Classic! They have done an amazing & FAST job of repairing our home after our fire! Such amazing & caring people! You guys are the best! Thanks The Adkins Family!
