Absolutely horrible service. They failed to obtain a permit to complete the work I had already paid them to do. They have been fined multiple times by the Huntington Plumbing Inspector for failing to obtain a permit as well as failure to complete the work listed on the contract.

Absolutely avoid them at all cost. I'm out nearly $3,000 and my plumbing issue is still not fixed.

Absolutely terrible business practice. I called earlier in the day and they quoted me a price, which I repeated back to them to confirm it. Then when the technician arrived and did his work he tried to charge me double the quoted price. I called their office and they said that was the quoted price which it wasn't. In the end, I had to pay double the quoted price for a technician just to look at my problem that I had already explained to him.

I had my furnace replaced and they were quick and reasonable good job

i called workmans and they never showed up i called Now Service Pros and was thinking NOW i bet they show up next week the were at my dooe in 35 minutes wore shoe protectors and fixed my plumbing and i have a company for life

This is a great company ran by great people! I called many different companies to get quotes on replacing my hot water tank and they had the most reasonable price. They got the job done quickly and the quality of work was amazing. They took great care of me and would be more than willing to give them my business again.
