customer service is a little aking, technichian was really nice and worked till the job was done. The internet is the best internet i have ever had. we stream movies and tv constantly on multipul devices at the same time and we have never had a problem. Cabel is very exspensive but getting to have the xfinity on demand app makes me feel a little better about the cost.

terrible pickup service. They were supposed to pick-up box yesterday from 9 to Noon I called them - they said they would pick up. I waited till 3:30. No pick up. I would never use Comcast because of poor customer service. They really deserve a 0 star.
