Ralph is GREAT. I'm 5 hours away, and came to LI to help my mother select a monument for my dad. Ralph took his camera to Northport Rural Cemetery with my "general" description of what my mother wanted, took several photos. When I got my mother to the meeting she was able to pick the exact style she wanted.That is customer more than customer service, it's going the extra distance.Thank you Ralph!
