From the time i began driving- up until NOW- i have ALWAYS been the designated driver- for my friends, family, and, of course, now my children. Well, the time came to travel- and i had to surrender my duty(and control) to a taxi service. Countywide taxi was recommended by friends that have used their service. In the initial phonecall i spoke with the manager, scott, and explained my stress, anxiety, and nervousness about someone- other than myself, driving my familyb to the airport- as well as picking us up. I have to say, a patient, kind, and reassuring manager named scott helped ease my nervousness. He scheduled, planned, and delivered my family safely- with ease and confidence to begin and end my our trip to and from our home. As something so simple to others- this was a huge deal to me as a first NOT to drive. The big van was clean, the driver was accomodating, and the manager , scott, surprisingly, calked and checked to make sure MY FAMILY wAs safe. I wish all businesses ran this way. It was a nice surprise and quite refreshing to use the new Countywide Taxi service in Huntington. My family and I would like to thank Scott for setting everything up for our airport ride to JFK. I am a nervous traveler and Scott was extremely calm and assured me that everything will run smoothly and it did. The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier that scheduled (which gave me a sense of calm not to stress over being late for our flight). The driver was extremely accommodating and a very very good driver. The return ride home was just as smooth and relaxing. Thank you Scott for making our vacation flawless from the beginning to the end. Amy
