GYROTONIC® LINY offers instruction in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® method, a unique approach to fitness and well-being based on holistic movements which follow arcing and spiraling paths to promote greater connection and harmony within the body. GYROTONIC® LINY is the only master trainer-led GYROTONIC® exercise studio on Long Island and the first in Suffolk County to feature more than one Gyrotonic Pulley Tower/Handle Unit as well as Specialized Equipment - Jumping Stretching Board, GYROTONER® and Leg Extension Unit. As such, we have more tools to use in our private training sessions, and we are able to offer small group equipment-based classes. Offerings: private & semi-private training, small group Gyrotonic Pulley Tower / Handle Unit classes, Gyrokinesis exercise, teacher training & independent workouts.
