We have booked thorugh Theresa before on a couple of trips and love her service and great attitude. She is always laughing, she answers her phone all the time even late at night. We were stuck trying to get to Hawaii from the airline and she got us out on a different air schedule so we can make it on our cruise. We had to call late at night and she did this. My friends and I knew that other agents wouldn't do this. We have booked a couple cruises and a trip to Alaska and Hawaii through her and we will be back.

BEWARE!!! This woman seem very nice and professional at first but as soon as you give her your hard earn money, she will turn into the worst person to deal with. That's how she acted to us. Check out Yelp reviews for the full review. I plan on letting everyone know how she treats her clients.
