Upon our arrival, he professionally worked with us to close a sale on a very good used Sequoia. He was authentic, polite, and professional before, during, and after our long wait for responses from financial institutions to close the sale.

I went in on Sunday of Memorial day weekend because I received a letter in the mail about how they pay off cars even though you owe more than the car is worth. I had a 2007 prius and was in that exact predicament. I talked to Scott and he showed a 2011 prius with only 32,000 miles on it. I told him that my budget was only about $100 a month more that what my current payments were. He said it would be tight because my car was not worth that much but he did give me a fair trade price. I had to speak to my fiance about it first. Long story short, I came back the next day with her and Scott said "I will do what I have to do to get you in that car as long as my credit was good" (I have fantastic credit). Two hours later I left with my new-ish car and am feeling the opposite of buyers remorse. For those of you who do not understand that phrase, I feel great about my deal and love the car the more I drive it... Thanks Scott.
