This company raped my credit card when I tried to cancel my membership. Also, they said I would get the seventh month free if I signed up for six months and I never got it free. Read the contract carefully, or better yet, go to a large reputable company. This experience was a major hassle to me. What a pain in the you know what.

I had a terrible experience with this "small hometown gym". Their customer service is horrible and they will rape your credit card. Good luck trying to cancel. You will be billed until the end of time. I would recommend a large reputible gym.

I do not recommend this this health club. I had a terrible experience with them. They act like they are a laid back neighborhood gym, and make you think that signing up and cancelling are no big deal. They charge your credit card directly monthly (which is not unheard of), but if you don't read the contract carefully you will be in for a big surprise when you want to quit. You must give two months written cancellation notice plus you get charged two additional months plus a $50 cancellation fee. In addition, what they don't tell you is that you have to also verbally authorize the $50 charge or your cancellation is nullified and you get charged additional months until you figure out you are being charged. I have talked to other people and found posts online of others with similar problems. Even though a small gym may sound more pleasing when you want to find available workout equipment, I highly discourage this gym. This horrible experience still haunts my credit card!
