Worst experience with Corbett equipment (Hunting Beach, CA) during my life. I own a dry clean and in process of replacing new machine. I proposed hydrocarbon to my landlord. Same time, I deposited 20% (not small amount) to Jim Corbett and had him provide more info to my landlord to get approval. After 6 months (long time), the process still cannot move further. I called Mr Jim many times with messages, he almost never called back. I had no choice but knocked his door.His door was not open. A month ago, my landlord replied he could not accept this new machine. I asked Mr Jim to refund my money with acceptable charge. Again he was hiding from me... no phone, never been in his office, and sent me a letter said my deposit is not refundable. He doesn't want to do other installation (which were in sale agreement). I know my mistake was depositing too much... I learned my lesson. However, I strongly do not recommend this service to any local dry cleans.
