Applied Computer Solutions was founded in 1989 and is based in Huntington Beach, Calif. ACS has additional offices in Encino, San Diego, Pleasanton, Rocklin, Sacramento and Santa Clara, Calif.; Seattle; St. Louis; Phoenix; Denver; and Washington, D.C.
