Never thought the wood floors can be made That stunning. I'm installing floors for last 30 years and recently my client pointed me to this company. Installed their in stock medallion and borders and could not make the client happier, Will deal with those guys again. Superb craftsmanship

Worst company! Although we ordered floor 3 months before scheduled install & paid substantial deposit floor was more than 1 month late Material delivered was substandard with many defects Contacted czar &; was given runaround After several calls they agreed to take back & fix / replace defective pieces but 3 weeks later delivered same materials in same condition &; said take it or leave it Their installer was unreliable & often didn't 't show up Did really shoddy work. Left all waste including several 5 gal pails partially filled with refinishing chemicals - hazardous waste. Refused to get rid of. Update: 3 weeks after installation finish began peeling off. Contacted installer & given runaround again. Contacted finish manufacturer who agreed material was not properly applied. Contacted czar again &; was told I needed to hire professional floor inspector at my expense to write report &; they would review That's their lifetime guarantee
