we just had two men from apex to repair a broken cable on our 20 year old garage door and they were courteous and fast and the price was reasonable. i would use apex again in a heart beat, when other businesses wanted charges up front and they did not. great comany.

Called Apex to set up an appointment for a garage door tune up. My garage door opener was pulsating during opening and closing, it was downright scary! I tried adjusting it and it helped a little, but got progressively worse. A gentlemen named Ritchie and his partner came out 15 minutes ealrier than the appointment time. They had all parts on hand and replacement garage door opener should I needed one. They replaced the pulleys, guide wires (to the correct ones) and tuned it up. He noticed they never installed the frame correctly when the house was built and also the alignment of the motor was a good 8 inches of to the left. He said this really ins' t installed correctly and asked if I was wanted to pay slightly more to put up new angle iron, not the cheezy stuff that was used during installation. I agreed it should be fixed and aligned. He adjusted the open and close tensions...just right! The garage door moves up and down very smoothly. Thanks for very, very professional job!!!!
