Dr. Michael Warren, a native of Phoenix, Arizona, received his biology degree from Creighton University, in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from the Creighton University Dental School in 1997. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, he returned home to Arizona to begin his career. In 2009, he received a mini MBA from the American Dental Association/Kellogg Executive Management Program. In 2011, his peers voted him as one of the Top Dentists in Phoenix Magazine. Dr. Warren is a member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association and the Central Phoenix Study Club. He is also a member of the Faculty Club at Spear Education, a teaching facility that provides advanced training to dentists around the world.
