      Dear Homeowners: My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to convey our sincere gratitude for the great work Building Company No.7 did on our home. My husband and I decided to put our house in Charlotte,NC on the market and our agent advised us that addressing a number of needed repairs would give us a better chance of selling. We contacted a few contractors for estimates on the work needed and each contractor gave us cold, calculated responses with inflated cost and little explanation. Needless to say, with a tight budget and little D-I-Y knowledge we felt that there was nowhere to turn. Then, one day we were telling a friend about our frustration and she recommended Jeremy. We called him and explained that we had hoped to have the house on the market the following week and he said I will come out today to assess what needs to be done.       We had Building Company No.7 come out and paint the outside of our home and it was great. They were on time, very nice, and cleaned up after the job was done. We will be using them again for our interior.
