I called to tell him my heater wasn't working and he condescendingly left me instructions for how to turn the dial to the right to make it warmer. Turns out I needed a new thermostat. When I asked for a date that he'd be over to take care of the pool he couldn't commit and complained about how busy he was and how late he works. I called to tell him my pool was turning green and he said that was not his problem. Told me he would send me a bill and stop servicing my pool.
